Power up in this 50-minute strength-focused group fitness class! You'll work through a variety of resistance exercises designed to build musclea and increase endurance. Using a mix of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class targets all major muscle groups to help you get stronger and more toned. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, modifications are available to suit all fitness levels. Get ready to challenge yourself and leave feeling stronger every week!
