Thrive On: Is What’s On Your Plate Nourishing You?
Location
University Center : 312
Date & Time
February 2, 2026, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Description
The Center for Democracy and Civic Life and Student Belonging will host Thrive On, an engaging, facilitated conversation that will connect you with other members of the UMBC community.
Conversations will be focused on two interrelated questions: "How do you live your values in community?" and "How do you live a life that sustains you?"
We will explore challenges with thriving, share resources to support thriving, and generate ideas about how we, as a UMBC community, can improve thriving on campus. A catered dinner will be provided. This program is a collaboration between the Center for Democracy and Civic Life's Dinner with Friends program and Student Belonging.
Follow the Center for Democracy and Civic Life myUMBC page to get updates on how to submit an RSVP.
