Description
Yoga on the ball is based on the foundation of Hatha yoga, using the ball to support and enhance each pose. By moving the ball in harmony with your breathing, students can create a deeper connection between mind and body. This practice helps support the joints and spine, improve balance, build core strength, and deepen yoga poses.
The class begins with a 15 minutes warm-up, followed by a progression toward the peak pose. The session concludes with cool-down and a relaxing Savasana. The class is suitable for beginners as well as students of all experience levels.
For safety, it is important to choose the correct ball size based on student height. To determine the proper size, sit on the ball with your feet flat on the floor, your knees should be bent at a 90-degree angle. Please plan arrive before the class begins, instructor will assist you in selecting the appropriate ball size.
