Open Forum Discussion on Student Performance Space

Description
At the end of this academic year, the Academic Services Building and Old Theater will be demolished to make way for the new Interdisciplinary Life Sciences Building. While this is a great advancement for UMBC, it comes alongside a great challenge as the Old Theater is the only space where students and student organizations can host their performances and showcases. It is also a space where many groups host practices and meetings.
This open forum meeting is designed to give members of the community the space to discuss the challenges surrounding on-campus student performance and dance practice spaces. We will also discuss temporary solutions for this issue and brainstorm potential permanent solutions.
