February Strong Heart Fitness Challenge

Description

Complete both 150 minutes of cardio (or intentional movement) a week and 2-20 minute strength training sessions a week for 4 weeks and earn a free UMBC Rec T-Shirt!

Examples of Aerobic Activity: 
Walking, Jogging, Running, Swimming, Cycling or a Group Fitness Class

Examples of Strength Training: 
Lifting Weights
Bodyweight Exercises
Strength Based Group Fitness Classes

Keep track of your exercise for the month and email it to aleab@umbc.edu at the end of the month to earn your shirt.
